Josephine Burgess

  Josephine was born and educated in Leicester,studying music at Anglia Ruskin University

  with piano tuition from Philip Mead. This was followed by a Postgraduate course on piano

  at Trinity College of Music, London where she won numerous competitions, the College

  piano accompaniment prize and was recorded by BBC Radio Kent.

   Currently teaching the piano privately and the clarinet/saxophone for Leicestershire Arts in

  Education, Josephine enjoys playing for a wide range of vocal/instrumental concerts, pupils,

  three choirs as well as regularly accompanying Cherish.

Rosie Carter

  Rosie is an experienced pianist and has been playing since she was 5 years old.

  Her passion is for classical music and she is currently studying for her final exams of

  musical performance.

  She says she thoroughly enjoys performing with Cherish as they put their heart and soul into

  every performance.

  As well as being a piano accompanist to our singing group Rosie is also available for

  weddings and functions as a solo pianist. Ideal for background music at your wedding breakfast or social event. In her spare time she also likes to teach piano.
