Well there is now just one day till Cherish take to the boards and perform their debut show.
The sound check will be on Friday afternoon… all costumes will be tried and tested for the last time and the props will be dusted down…. All in all, we are really excited!
We are also excited about the fact that the theatre is nearly sold out!!!! Wow! We can’t wait to meet all you lovely people who are coming to watch us and we really hope that you will enjoy the show.
There will be no special effects, crashes, bangs, no loud bands but just Cherish, a piano and some beautiful music… what more could you add but let the music speak for themselves.
We really can’t wait and please come and say hello.
We hope you enjoy the show.

As the days draw closer to Cherish’s debut show with movement, I am happy to say that rehearsals are running smoothly, High Fives are in the air and some of the movement is actually being learnt and remembered! This show promises to be great fun… I’m not sure what the audience will think but we will certainly be having a great laugh and enjoying ourselves.
I am happy to also say that none of our wonderful harmonies have lost any of their colour whilst wondering around the stage…and we have included some new songs to our repertoire including showcasing the individual solo voices of cherish. With all the love and support of our friends and family, I’m sure my confidence will grow as I sing a few solos…. Oh crumbs!
Well… I have to go and learn some more lyrics.. but hope to start teasing you all with photos from our rehearsals at Lutterworth College Theatre Soon.
Catch you on the flip side…

This is just a quick blog to say... please look at our audio page as I have now managed to work out how o put a youtube clip onto the website. I am very excited by this. This is "Cherish" singing a song that meant so much to myself and my husband due to the amazing Shirley Court and the Chanterelles. I hope that you enjoy it.... ps.... don’t look at my breathing too much... I realised that I should have maybe practiced it with my tight bodice on before hand...!

Well... when i say moving, I don’t mean Cherish have packed the boxes and are leaving sunny Leicestershire. What i mean is, Cherish are taking to the boards and performing their own show....
"Songs From The Shows" at Lutterworth College theatre.
This will be our first full length concert of not only beautiful harmonies, solos and duets, but due to the wonderful talents of Abby Smith, there will be choreographed movement that (hopefully if we remember our lefts and rights) will make us look amazing... or we will have fun trying!!!!!
The concert will be a relaxed affair, with cabaret style seating, a meal beforehand (T&C's apply, as well as money) and wine at the table (again... you buy it there)
Cherish are proud to announce that they will also be joined by the amazing vocal talents of Guy Mott. Guy is a renowned touring singer and west end actor and we are very honoured that he will be joining us for the evening to enjoy himself at our cabaret style evening.
It’s worth coming to watch the show as it really will hopefully be good entertainment, great singing and a fun night out.
Tickets are available at
